What it is
The audit combines five perspectives in one: a technical review, an operational assessment, a data analysis, an ESG view and CAPEX recommendations. Instead of a description of problems you get a practical map: what to do in 90 days, what within 12 months and how to order the budget over 24 months.
The audit opens the relationship and qualifies the asset for the next steps. Its goal is not to fill a binder, but to reduce the owner's uncertainty and prepare the ground for Value Engineering and retrofit.

What you really buy
reduced uncertainty
You're not buying a report, but decision-making clarity: an investment map, a basis for certification or modernisation, and an understanding of where the building is really losing value.
What happens next
The report ends with a recommendation for the next step. Once you know what the problem is, we move to Value Engineering — designing modernisation variants and CAPEX logic.
You don't have to decide everything at once.
Start with a 30-minute discovery call. We'll establish the state of the asset, the main risks and a sensible first step.
